Ykoramia™ Basecamp Crate gives loose camping equipment a defined place before the trip even begins. The collapsible box creates a spacious central storage area for suitable dry gear, dining accessories, camp textiles and other smaller essentials that would otherwise move around separately in the vehicle.
At the campsite, the fitted wood-top panel closes the crate and creates a convenient raised surface beside a chair or cooking area. When the box is emptied after the trip, the collapsible structure folds down to a much lower profile for storage between weekends away.

One Piece · Two Roles

Basecamp Crate is designed around equipment that already needs to travel with you. Instead of packing everything into a container that becomes irrelevant once camp is set up, the lid allows the closed crate to continue serving a practical role beside low seating or an organized gear station.
Its olive body, dark structural corners and warm wood-top panel also give the crate a more considered campsite presence than a conventional utility bin.

Basecamp Crate works differently depending on where you are in the trip. During transport it functions as a contained storage system. Once camp is established, closing the top creates a compact side surface while keeping the stored items below together.

Open it fully before loading. Keep the tabletop use light and sensible.
Fully open and secure the crate before placing gear inside. Position the product on firm, level ground and distribute stored items reasonably rather than concentrating weight in one area. When using the closed crate as a side surface, keep the top load light and evenly distributed. Do not sit, stand, climb or use the crate as a step. Keep the wood-top panel dry and away from prolonged moisture, open flames and very hot cookware. Allow all components to dry completely before collapsing for storage.
